Admission Process
Immediately after centralized/college level counseling, the candidate seeking admission to the college is required to:
a) Submit the prescribed application form as enclosed for admission, duly filled, along with the copies of the following documents: -
1. Mark sheet of X class.
2. Mark sheet of 10+2 final examination.
3. M.P. Domicile certificate (if applicable)
4. Caste & annual income certificate (if applicable.)
5. Transfer certificate/school-leaving certificate in original.
6. Migration certificate in original (if applicable)
7. Character certificate in original from the principal of school/college last attended.
8. PEPT-2011/AIEEE-2011 admit card and mark sheet in the original.
9. 10 recent passport size photographs.
10. Gap certificate/affidavit (if applicable)
b) The candidate will be required to furnish an affidavit of obeying the rules & regulations of the college as prescribed & enclosed.
c) These documents should be submitted to admission in charge.
d) The candidate is required to pay Annual Fees at the time of admission. (No installments will be permitted).
Once admitted, refund of any of the fees will not be done under any circumstances after the last date of admission as declared by State Govt. / Counseling authority.
College Fees as per directives of Annual Fees Regulatory Committee (M.P.), Bhopal.
Every student admitted in the college is expected to follow the rules & regulations as laid down by A.I.C.T.E., New Delhi; D.T.E., Govt. of M.P. and R.G.P.V., Bhopal. The student will have to observe the discipline in all respects and any breach of the rules & regulations would invite severe disciplinary action. According to the nature and gravity of the offence the student may be
Suspended from attending the class.
or
Disqualified from appearing at the ensuing university examination.
or
Rusticated from the college i.e. removal of his / her name from the Rolls of the college.
However, before inflicting any punishment normally, the Head of the college shall provide the student an opportunity of personal hearing.
The students shall attend the classes as per the norms of RGPV, Bhopal.
Students may keep a book for a maximum period of 15 days, failing to return the books after 15 days shall make the students liable to pay fine.
